How do I add Staff profile images?
Adding pictures to your staff profiles makes it easier for you to navigate your calendar and locate a specific team member. Also, your clients will be able to see the pictures of your staff on your online booking page.
To add a to your staff profile:
1. Go to the Staff page, click the member of the staff you would like to add the profile photo for, and you be able to drag and drop or select a picture and add it.
2. Save changes.
Once saved, your photo will appear in the calendar next to the rest of your team.
PRO TIP: If you want to edit a profile picture that’s already been added, follow the same steps.
NOTE: This is the photo clients will see next to your name booking online, so make sure your photo looks professional.
