How do I delete a staff member?


When a staff member leaves the business, you might want to remove them from Zolmi or temporarily suspend them in case they plan on returning in the future.

1. Delete Staff

Go to Staff page => edit the staff profile => use the Remove button

2. Delete Access

Go to Staff page => edit the staff profile => change Access Levels to No Access

PRO TIP:

Make sure the staff member you’re deleting has no appointments scheduled in the future.

If the staff member has any future appointments booked, an alert will pop up and all future appointments for this staff member will need to be canceled or reassigned to another staff member before can delete the profile.

NOTE:

Zolmi does not delete any appointment information when a team member is removed or suspended. You will no longer be able to access their calendar, but the team member's full appointment and sales history can be viewed under your Appointments list, Reports, or individual customer records.
