How do I send satisfaction survey emails to clients?
If you wish to send customer satisfaction emails to your clients you need to do the following.
Check that there is an email address in the client profile.
At the end of the appointment please:
- Complete the checkout process (payment)
or
- Change the status of the appointment in your calendar to Complete.
Important: If your client has unsubscribed to operational and or marketing emails, Zolmi will not send customer satisfaction surveys to them. Under the European Data Protection laws (GDPR) information that you acquire may be used for marketing purposes, such as publishing the client reviews.
