Why is my availability not showing on my booking page?


There may be a number of reasons why your appointments / availability isn't showing on your booking page but we find the primary reason is that the staff working hours have not been added.

To add staff working hours:

  1. Go to the Staff page
  2. Click on the "+" icon in the grid next to the staff member name, this will show a pop up
  3. Add your staff working hours and or breaks
  4. To copy these shift forward then go to 'Copy Shifts' at right of the page.
